While hot-cast bronze is incredibly robust, with tales of two-thousand-year-old sculptures being dragged from the sea in near-immaculate condition, there may come a time when you’d like to give your artwork some care and attention — and we’d be happy to help!
The Lost Foundry provides a refurbishment and maintenance service for any bronze sculpture — either ones created by us or otherwise — to help them remain in their very best condition for years to come. That could entail a yearly waxing and recolouring, or something more involved like re-welding and remodelling. Whatever the job, we can provide an expert service.
Restoring natural beauty
If your sculpture requires significant restoration, such as repairing damage or restoring fine details, we recommend bringing it to our studio where we can carefully manage every step. Rest assured, no matter the size or complexity of the brief, our team applies the same level of dedication and attention to detail, combining traditional techniques with modern expertise to make sure your sculpture continues to be a cherished work of art for future generations to enjoy!
